- fish wier stake embedded in clay of undetermined thickness, the upper portion resting on the channel bed surface, sandy silt, 10-20 cm thick

- BdGu-6, Atherley Narrows: Four dates obtained by R.B. Johnston from the remains of fishweirs are in close agreement with one another, falling within the Archaic period. Subsequently work by Parks Canada archaeologists has produced a few more Archaic period dates along with a large number of late prehistoric and historic period dates from the fishweirs.
