- cultural level with side- to corner-notched projectile points with convex bases. Date calculated by adding 1950 and 3780 BC. Charcoal from 72-85 cm bmgs. The sample was directly related to proj pt Type 2. Cherry Gulch Types 1 and 2 are very similar to Mount Albion types, but the former lack consistant basal grinding. (see Nelson 1981, SW Lore 47(2).
