- Wood from Feature 3, a masonry single-room storage facility. Considered far earlier than indicated by the ceramics (AD 750-900). Interior dimensions: 1.01 x 1.76 m; outside dimensions 1.34 x 2 m; average height of walls were 83 cm. Floor area: 1.78 sq m. Construction: a pit was excavated to ca. 25-30 cm and both tabular and irregularly shaped pieces of sandstone were placed horizontally atop each other; stone chinking and mud. 4-5 courses on one owall reached 1.05 m. Probably an additional 4-5 courses present, based on amt of rubble. Roof fall was present as a layer 6-10 cm deep of charcoal and adobe pieces, indicating a thin, light roof of jacal
