- Feature 1, a possible thermal feature 50 cm bmgs, covered by a large roof fall slab. It meas 70 cm long, 5 cm deep. The C14 sample is from the right side of the feature and consisted of charcoal and charcoal stained sediments. Sample was quite small and was given extended counting. The lack of artifacts with the feature is troublesome and the early date is rare for this area. The date should be used with extreme caution.
