- DhPh-13: This is a single component site attributed to the Old Women's phase. The sampled hearth was encircled by 10 rocks forming an 80 cm diameter, associated with fired rocks, a side-notched point and chert flakes. Since this is one of the earliest dates for the Old Women's phase in southern Alberta, it should be noted that the single projectile point is asymmetrical with an indented base and is "poorly worked" (Quigg, 1975a: 54). A single sherd of pottery may support the phase assignment.
