Context
Feature 1, hearth, consisted of an unlined basin, partially ringed with rocks on the edge of the terrace containing the site. Burned and unburned bone, charcoal and debitage were visible on the surface. Several surface bone frags. exhibited evidence of saw cuts. Bone appeared to be from a medium/large mammal. Fill contained burned bone, some with saw marks, debitage. Feature appears to have been ca. 80 cm in dia.
