- Comments
- FhNa-35, Lloyd: This site is assigned to the Pehonan complex on the basis of its pottery, and it yielded 22 projectile points, most of which are of the Plains side-notched type. Quigg (1983: 201-204) provides detailed observations concerning sample composition and fluctuations in the counting statistics for four dates. The oldest (S-2276) and youngest (S-2396) dates are based on composite samples with bones selected from separate excavation units, and Quigg recommends rejection of these in favour of two dates (S-2274 and S-2275) derived from a single bone each.
