Comments
Bruce Jamieson (1985) analyzed the prehistoric material and concluded that the artifact assemblage can be divided into two general categories, Middle Woodland and Late Woodland or St. Lawrence Iroquois. The Middle Woodland artifacts are most similar to late Middle Woodland counterparts from Pointe-du-Buisson 4. The Late Woodland artifacts are most similar to counterparts from late prehistoric sites such as the Dawson site.
