- Comments
- DcKc-1, Lady Rapids: This is a large multi-component site stratified both vertically and horizontally. Test excavations have sampled two Laurel, one Blackduck, and one Sandy Lake/mid-17th century components. A third Laurel component associated with a large burial mound, and a second Blackduck component, are known to exist at the site. Lenius and Olinyk assign DIC-1720 to the Rainy River composite.
