- Comments
- AgHb-18, Cooper: Williamson lists this site as a Glen Meyer hamlet with two houses covering less than 0.5 ha, based on limited excavation. Dodd, et al., list it as a Middleport campsite. Cooper and Savage (1994: 21) note that the faunal assemblage suggests utilization of seasonally abundant resources. Deer elements were all cranial or extremity bones; 87 of the 92 woodchuck elements are considered intrusive. Because of the multi-component nature of the site and recent disturbances, seasonal occupation inferences were tentative.
