- Comments
- ObPf-9 (00-DCA-094): Two Palaeoeskimo features occur on a raised beach at this site. Two charcoal samples were collected, one from each feature. Sample 94a (AA-40579) came from below boiling stones in a hearth in the eastern feature, a midpassage measuring 2.5 x 1.5 m possibly enclosed by a very loose tent ring. Beside the midpassage is a small scatter of numerous chert flakes. Sample 94b (AA-41500) came from below boiling stones located 1 m east of a probable tent ring. The tent ring measures 2.1 m diameter; the overall feature 3.1 x 4.5 m.
