- Comments
- RaJo-VP: A periotic bone was collected from the left side of a bowhead skull 50% buried upright in very coarse shingle beach gravel capped by peat. The slightly weathered skull is 170 cm wide. Ribs, vertebrae, and maxillary bones occur nearby. The age compares well with the age of driftwood (GSC-5771; 3780 +/- 80 BP) collected from a nearby raised beach at 16 m altitude.
