- QkHl-VP: A periotic bone was collected from one side of a bowhead skull fragment resting on stream gravel and incased in peat. The stream has cut through a raised beach where several other bones of this whale are embedded. The beach ridge is at 64.5 m and the stream bed at 62.5 m altitude. This is the highest whale bone found in the Cape Hardy area. The marine limit in the area is at 114 m as recorded by a bouldery gravel outwash delta terrace at site 94-DCA-181.
