- Comments
- PeFr-1, Mittimatalik: Mathiassen discovered this site in 1923 and excavated a Thule house only 6 m from Fr Rousselière's Pre-Dorset finds. The site contains houses and graves including Pre-Dorset, Dorset, Thule and Recent components. A caribou bone artifact submitted by D.A. Morrison was selected to date an early Thule component excavated by Sgt. Joy in 1924.
