- OfHu-VP: This isolated walrus tusk was shallowly embedded in loose beach sand to a depth of 6 cm. The degree of weathering and lichen growth on the tusk suggest lengthy subaerial exposure. About half the length of the tusk was sacrificed for dating. If the tusk is contemporaneous with the 1 m beach, this animal could only have entered Berlinguet Inlet from Admiralty Inlet.
