- Comments
- Dozens of small bone fragments in a dense concentration recovered from a heavily oxidized hearth feature between 8-15 cmbs. Multiple fragments sent as sample. Believed to be good, reliable sample that returned a date contemporaneous with adjacent feature. Feature located approx. 20m east of 6x4m depression interpreted as a house or cache pit by Kunz (1984:260). Five previous dates exist from the pit feature, with a cluster between 2020 and 2900 BP.
