- XCL-102 site, test pit #3, associated with hearth
- Comments
- Site contains notched projectile points and microblades. The sample likely came from test pit #3 according to Reanier field notes. Sample matches his description ("good sample, has some burned bone, obsidian microblade associated") although no label on bag other than site number. If this is coorect, the sample is associated with hearth and a microblade from this test (Kunz 1986:244-249). Sample weighed 0.08 g and was a twig fragment.
