- ClIf-1, Michipicoten: Nine cultural components were identified in this deeply stratified site. The earliest, stratum IX, is dated by S-1700, and the youngest, stratum I, yielded mainly artifacts of Euro-Canadian origin. The major occupation occurred in stratum III, dated by S-169. Despite generally poor bone preservation, several dog burials were discovered in stratum III.
