- AhHk-49, Parkhill (Brophey): In addition to an important, but undated, Palaeoindian component, this site contains horizontally discrete Late Archaic and Early Woodland manifestations with radiocarbon dates. Of three dates on the Meadowood component, I-8868 is considered the most reliable, because it was obtained from deep within an undisturbed portion of a feature (Spence, et al. 1990: 135). In contrast, I-8867 was obtained from charcoal that was scattered throughout the feature, while I-8865 may have been contaminated.
