- EjRa-10: GSC-1828 was submitted to date the initial occupation of the site and to provide an upper limit on contemporaneous sea level. The date is similar to others from corings in coastal middens in the region which indicate that sea level was possibly 2 m lower than present at the time the pelecypods were living (Retherford, 1972).
