- EdQs-14, Shuswap River: This site consists of three small (5 m diameter) house-pit depressions and 86 small (1-2 m) circular, cellar cache-pit depressions. Previous archaeological research in the region suggested that rectilinear house-pits were a local architectural specialization and were in use for over 1000 years, ca. AD 650 to 1750. The dates appear to confirm this hypothesis.
