- HiCj-5, Cutthroat Island 2: This single component early Maritime Archaic site contained a small circular hearth associated with 235 artifacts. Cox (1977: 114-115) considers SI-2156 to be about one millennium younger than expected from typological criteria, and he mentions James Tuck's opinion that the assemblage most closely resembles that from Arrowhead Mine (EjBe-16) with dates near 7000 BP.
