- GcBk-4, Sandy Cove 4: Sandy Cove complex materials include stemmed points, quartz knives, ground slate tools, and red ochre, all characteristic of an early subdivision of the Maritime Archaic in central Labrador. SI-877 agrees with a geologic estimate based on emergence of the 14 m terrace on which the Sandy Cove sites were found. It was the first date for the early Maritime Archaic Sandy Cove complex in Hamilton Inlet.
