- Feature 3, an amorphous concentration of FCR, but no charcoal staining or artifacts. Feature meas. 78 x 81 cm; depth could not be discerned. Flotation yielded tiny pieces of sagebrush and conifer charcoal, 4 charred goosefoot seed frags. Fifteen pieces of debitage were found in the same stratigraphic level as the feature. Interpreted as the remnants of a hearth or material discarded from hearth cleaning activities.
