- Feature 1, Block A, a thermal feature with large pieces of FCR. Initially encountered 8-10 cm bmgs. It meas 73 x 74 cm, 16 cm deep. Fill was charcoal stained soil, FCR, and oxidized sand, roughly forming 3 stratigraphic levels. No artifacts. Fill also contained 1 charred Indian ricegrass seed, 2 charred grass frags, charred bark, saltbush and greasewood charcoal. Pollen reflected modern natural plants.
