- Feature 3 hearth remnant,which initially appeared as an irregular scatter of cobbles with a max dia. of over 90 cm. A partial ring of cobbles lay within the scatter (this was the actual perimeter). It was the base of an unlined, basin-shaped hearth with charcoal, charcoal-stained fill and additional burned cobbles. No evidence of oxidation. Max. dia. was 47 cm; base lay 27 cm below the eroded surface. No artifacts.
