Comments
BhDr-1, McAleenan: This is a small, shallow shell midden, apparently a single component. Associated materials include slender corner-notched and corner-removed points, small end scrapers, cord-wrapped stick-decorated pottery, and excellent faunal preservation. Sanger finds the radiocarbon dates satisfactory in that they suggest that marine shells can be used with confidence for dating in the area.
