- Comments
- DjPj-3, Layton: The uppermost of three occupation zones contains a late prehistoric pottery-bearing component (Byrne, 1973: 99-100). A middle zone contains sparse evidence of occupation and no diagnostic artifacts. The lowest occupation zone contains a richer assemblage, but no diagnostics, and it is the source of a radiocarbon date listed by Davis (1972: 223). The site is mistakenly designated DiPj-3 in all but the original paper by Forbis and Reeves.
